the issue with Catalyst seems to be now fixed:

So what are todays updates then? There was a request to support Surface Pro3 OOTB. So we added the needed patches and made it work. With Manjaro 17.0-rc2 it will be possible to test it with a fresh ISO. It will be released later today. Therefore you have time till EOB to test this update-pack and give your feedback.

We updated some of our kernels and included needed fixes for the CVE-2017-6074 - DCCP double-free vulnerability. We still have not decided if we will patch EOL-tagged kernels at all ...

We also updated gstreamer, python packages, modified mesa a little and pushed out some more deepin packages.
