I3 and Cinnamon ISOs updated to 16.10.3

The install media for both Manjaro i3 and Manjaro Cinnamon have been updated with the 16.10.3 packages.
For the Cinnamon edition this brings an update of the artwork (including manjaro-welcome, grub-background and plymouth splash screen) with the new logo (thank you for your help with that, @rev and @Tids!) and importantly an overdue update of vertex-maia-themes to gtk3.22 to finally eliminate a bunch of gtk-errors.

For the i3 Edition this is merely an update to the latest packages. Some new wallpapers have been contributed by the community and are now included in the artwork-i3 package, among others this cool one by @Reznorix, (who also contributed some beautiful new ones to the manjaro-backgrounds package btw - check them out!):
