2017-07-22 - Kernels, Deepin, Mate, Haskell, Python (Testing Update)

Hi community,

this update is more or less a kernel refresh for several series. v4.11 series is now marked as EOL. We recommend to move on to v4.12 series. Small fixes to Deepin and Mate got added plus the usual haskell and python updates.

Please test and give us feedback as usual
