2017-07-05 - Calamares, Linux v4.12, QT v5.9.1 rebuilds (Unstable Update)

Hi community,

we updated QT to v5.9.1 and therefore had to rebuild some of our packages against this updated framework. Please check once more on if we may missed some packages still. We also have now the new kernel v4.12 series. Only Catalyst doesn't build yet for i686. Maybe some one of you may have a clue on how to get it compiled. Last but not least we fixed some stuff in Calamares.

Please test and give us feedback as usual
