2017-06-03 - Plasma5 Themes, Keyring, Deepin, AMD MHWD Profiles (Testing Update)

Hi community,

this update is more or less to fix some themes for Plasma v5.10, adding new Deepin packages and updating Haskell and Python as usual. Fabian added some more AMD configs to MHWD and Jonathon, Matti and Frede joined our packager team. Therefore our keyring got updated.

Please test and give us feedback as usual
