2016-12-29 - Kernels, Plasma 5.8.5, Cinnamon, Python, Haskell (Testing Update)

Hi community,

the year 2016 almost ended. After the past few holidays most of us spend with their families and friends, some of us still found some time to add some more packages to our repositories for you to review. Since somehow our main-server stopped our rsync-service all our mirrors went outdated two days ago. This is now fixed. Still some mirrors are outdated, but we hope to contact their owners soon, so this can be fixed aswell.

So which packages do we have added?

Bernhard pushed out some more Cinnamon packages
I had the pleasure to update Budgie and some of our kernels
David is working on our new theme Breath (aka Maia2)
Hugo joined our team and designs our new welcome screen, which is now translatable
We added Plasma 5.8.5, some python and haskell packages to round it up.
As usual report your findings and have some more relaxing days between the years.
