2017-02-14 - Kernels, KDE Framework, Haskell, Python, XFCE (Testing Update)

Hi Community,
normally it was planned to move the 2017-02-11 today to our stable branch. However we might had some packages in unstable branch, which would extend that update perfectly. Therefore I moved the following packages to testing for your review:
Again we updated some of our kernels, a lot of haskell and python updates got added, KDE Framework is now at 5.31.0, some xfce plugins and thunar got a new release.
As usual you find the latest Upstream updates up till Tue Feb 14 09:50:24 CET 2017. Enjoy and report back as usual ...
