2017-09-05 - Linux v4.13, Mesa, Perl, LibreOffice (Testing Update)

Hi community,
this more in regard of a huge Perl rebuild. It uses now the new toolchain and binary modules got moved to versioned path plus a hook to warn about outdated modules on update got added. Also we have now the final release of kernel v4.13 plus latest LibreOffice. Additionally we added more fixes to our Mesa-Stack to stabilize KDE even more.
Please report back and give us feedback for given changes made to our repositories.
